Disclosure of shareholdings
Any person who directly, indirectly or by agreement with third parties acquires or sells registered shares in their own name and thus reaches or falls above or below the threshold of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 33⅓, 50 or 66⅔ per cent of the voting shares, regardless of whether they can be exercised or not, must give notice to Novavest Real Estate AG and SIX Exchange Regulation as per Art. 120 et. seq. of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinfraG).

The investor – be it a person, a group or a fund – must notify Novavest Real Estate AG and the Disclosure department of SIX Exchange Regulation within four trading days of the change in circumstance. The disclosure notice can be directly reported by the investor on the disclosure platform (OLSdigital) of SIX Exchange Regulation. The Company checks and publishes the notification within two trading days of receipt of the disclosure notice. Major shareholders in Novavest Real Estate AG are always published on the SIX Exchange Regulation website: www.ser-ag.com
